Nurse Teresa, MSc, BSc (Hons), INP, QN, is a distinguished multi-award winning Advanced Nurse Practitioner and the founder and clinical director of Tan&Co®. With over 15 years of experience in specialities including dermatology, cardiovascular health, and women's health, Teresa has garnered recognition as a Queen's Nurse and Daisy Award Winner for her dedication to improving care in the community.

A graduate of City St George’s University (formally City University London), she holds a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Adult Nursing and a Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice. She has been trained by esteemed institutions such as Harley Academy and Interface Aesthetics where she has undertaken her Level 7 JCCP PGDip in Aesthetic Medicine.

Her specialist interests include: Acne & hyperpigmentation in all Fitzpatrick, cardiovascular health (hypertension, stroke and heart failure) and cosmetic dermatology.
